NEW TIME for Weights and Conditioning Starting Tue, 9/6

Weightlifting and Conditioning goes from 4:30pm – 5:30pm at NE beginning Tue, 9/6. Workouts continue to be Monday – Thursday and all Freshmen, JV, and Varsity players not playing a Fall sport are invited to participate.

You must complete the Family ID registration to participate! See the Announcement on Family ID for details.

These workout do not include gym time.
